This Nondisclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into  DATE, 2019, (“Effective Date”) by and between Broad-Cast LLC, and the talent listed below.

 

All information about the commercial, audition and script, including any and all concepts, actions, ideas and materials relating thereto, and whether in written, oral, electronic or other form, shall hereafter be deemed confidential and proprietary information (“Confidential Information”).

 

All Confidential Information is the sole and exclusive property of BROAD-CAST or BROAD-CAST’s Client and shall be held in strict confidence by You and shall not be disclosed either in writing or orally to any third party. You agree not to furnish, deliver, upload, file share, email, post, or otherwise display in whole or in part to anyone, any code, compositions, audio, visual, or digital recordings, scripts, story boards, or any other materials or information used in connection with the Project and your audition. This also includes posting any confidential information to social media or anywhere on the internet.

 

SAMPLE

  By signing this You acknowledge and agree that Your obligations under this Agreement shall continue after any services You in fact render are completed.
