After moving to LA from London, 25 years ago Dan Cowan started working in casting with Michael Lien, one of two pioneers in commercial casting on the West Coast. Soon enough they became business partners & opened Lien Cowan Casting.

2000 or so commercials later, having worked with many of the finest the industry has to offer, Dan did some rebranding, remodeling & opened Broad-cast in 2008.

Dan still focuses on his vision of carefully maintaining the company’s reputation of exceptional taste in talent, knowing who is the best in town, personalized service, and staying ahead with the latest in cutting edge technology.
